PARTICIPATING IN THE BATHURST AGRICULTURAL SHOW AS AN EXHIBITOR

  • Take note that there are various stands available (indoors, outdoors, commercial etc.) and the fees vary.  Should you need more information regarding the stands and/or availability of stands, please contact the Office. Please complete the Stand Booking Form and return to info@bathurstshow.co.za or Fax to 046-625 0272; Office Tel: 046 625 0759.
  • The average number of “feet” through the Entry Gates over the past few years averaged between eight to ten thousand but this cannot be guaranteed nor can BAS provide you with any evaluation, opinion or guarantee as to the success of your endeavour. At the end of the day your attendance and participation is solely at your own risk.
  • In an attempt to assist both the public and exhibitors, FNB ATM’s (with SASWITCH) are provided on the premises and our Treasury Office is capable to provide change to exhibitors.
  • Please note that the Treasury Office will not cash any cheques. The nearest banking facilities are situated in Port Alfred, approximately 15 kilometres away.
